Ramen Noodle Soup (instant)

I enjoy these noodles because their super quick and I can add my own
ingredients without the using MSG flavor pack. I threw this together
the other day.

1 package ramen noodles ( I used Maruchan brand).
1 green onion scallion, thin round, dice.
2 white mushrooms, cut slices with the head down starting at the stem.
1-2 mini bell peppers or half regular bell pepper cut julienne (thin
matchsticks)

Seasoning:
1 teaspoon worcester sauce.
1 teaspoon soy sauce.
1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.
pinch ground turmeric.
pinch ground cumin.
pinch garlic powder.
pinch curry powder.

kosher salt
crushed black pepper (recommend pepper grinder).

Prepare noodles per package instructions. Usually 2 cups of water per
pack of noodles.
Salt water to taste (1/2 teaspoon) add onions, mushrooms, and bell
peppers. Bring to a boil in a sauce pot or small stock pot. Cook
noodles per package instructions, usually 3 minutes. Remove from heat
last 30 seconds add seasoning and stir. let steep for minute or two.
Garnish with extra onions, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
