Awesome Burger!
I'm not sure whats in the "Nutburger" patty but, it was awesome! pared with a house sauce, pickles, tomatoes, romaine, and sprouts. As a professional cook (non-vegetarian) I recommend to those skeptical of this cuisine. Give it a try. you don't have to fit the stereo type to enjoy this food. Plus your helping a local business as well.

Rice Cakes & Eggs
• Sesame seeds
• Sesame oil
• Sriracha (hot chili sauce).
• Soy sauce
• 1 large egg
• Peanut oil
• 1-11/2 cooked short grain rice (calrose).
• Spring mix (i.e. mixed greens, spinach, romaine).
Heat pan with peanut oil until pan is just about to smoke (med-med/high heat). While waiting for pan to heat, wet hands with water and form rice into a small patty. Add the rice to the pan once its hot. Cook until brown on both sides (2-3 min). Once your cake is just about done and brown on both sides. Add your egg and set pan to low heat. With egg cooked, place greens on plate, drizzle a few drops of the soy sauce on greens. Place rice cake on greens, add more soy sauce and sesame oil to the cake. Top with egg, garnish with sriracha and sesame seeds, and a few more drops of soy sauce.
